Graduate of Holy Angels High School in Saint Albans.

Retired from IBM as a Senior Quality Technician in 1990 after Twenty-Five years of service.

Active member of The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary,

serves as a Eucharistic Minister and Co-Chair of the Saint Mary’s Cemetery Commission,

is a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, Saint Edmund of Canterbury Assembly 2207 and

also served several terms on the Parish Pastoral Board.

United States Navy Veteran of both World War II and the Korean Conflict.

Member of the American Legion, Green Mountain Post 1, Veterans of Foreign Wars,

 Post 758 and the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 1090 all in Saint Albans.

Married to; Elaine (Bourgeois) Nativity Parish Secretary

Children, Lisa Gorton and husband Richard, Steve L’Esperance and Danny L’Esperance and wife Carla all of Swanton Village.
