FUNERAL HELD: Joy Lewis Beierle

DATELINE: Swanton / Isle La Motte

The Burial Office was celebrated Monday December 5, 2011, at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Swanton. The Rector, The Reverend Reid D. Farrell officiated and preached the homily. Music was provided by organist Robert Guerrina. Rose Bacon, parish coordinator proclaimed the scripture readings. Among the delegations in attendance were representatives from the Alburgh Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue, Isle La Motte Volunteer Fire Department and First Response, Isle La Motte Country Store, Chazy Hardware, Shore Acres, and The Hospice of the Champlain Valley. A reception for family and friends immediately followed the service in the parish center with The Rite of Committal and Interment taking place at 12 Noon in the Isle La Motte Village Cemetery with Father Farrell reading the committal prayers. The Bearers were, Joseph Bauer, Bruce Noble, Neil Paquette, Evan Anderson, Dan Rainville and Bill Gett.
