FUNERAL HELD: Jeannette D. Daudelin

DATELINE: Swanton, Vermont

The Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 11 a.m. from The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Father Thomas D. Nadeau was the celebrant and homilist. Joseph Gamache and Eugene LaBombard served as Ministers of the Altar. Music was provided by Mary Jo Gillilan. The Crucifix was placed by Jeanette's son, Larry Daudelin. Special Words of Remembrance were shared by son, Marcel Daudelin. Readings from Scripture were proclaimed by son, Roland Daudelin and daughter, Lucille Rixon. Lucille and her husband Michael Rixon presented The Offertory Gifts. Among the delegations in attendance were representatives from, IDT, Bourdeau Brothers, Swanton Chamber of Commerce, Redstone Villa, Northwest Technical Center and the parish community of Nativity / Saint Louis. The Rite of Committal and Interment followed at the Daudelin family lot in Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery with Father Nadeau reading the committal prayers. Serving as bearers were all of Jeannette's children, Lucille Rixon and Claire, Marcel, Roland, Robert and Larry Daudelin. Following The Prayers of Committal a reception was held for family and friends at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Center catered by Claire Menard.
