FUNERAL HELD: Hilda Elizabeth LaBombard

DATELINE: Isle La Motte, Vermont

The Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday November 22, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Saint Joseph's Roman Catholic Mission. Father Lawrence P. Ridgley was the celebrant and homilist. Music was provided by soloist, Maurice Gauthier accompanied by organist, Carol Pellerin. The White Funeral Pall was draped over Hilda's casket by granddaughters, Sienna Thiem and Alison LaForest. Great granddaughter, Alura Thiem then placed the crucifix. Special Words of Remembrance were shared by grandson, John Houlihan. Readings from the Old and New Testament were proclaimed by granddaughters, Rachel Parslow and Julie Thiem. great grandsons, Zachary LaForest and Alura Thiem presented The Offertory Gifts. The Rite of Committal and Interment followed at the LaBombard family lot in Saint Joseph's Cemetery with Father Ridgley reading the committal prayers. The bearers were grandsons, Joseph Houlihan, John Houlihan, David LaForest, and Jonah Thiem and great grandsons, Zachary LaForest, Oliver Thiem and Ethan LaForest.
