FUNERAL HELD: Lawrence Joseph Theoret

DATELINE: Alburgh, Vermont

The Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday August 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Saint Amadeus Roman Catholic Church. Father Thomas D. Nadeau was the celebrant and Homilist. Chandler Theoret served as Minister of the Altar. Music was provided by soloist, Maurice Gauthier accompanied by organist, Carol Pellerin. Special Words of remembrance were shared by Lawrence’s son-in-law, Ray Henderson. Readings from both The Old and New Testament were proclaimed by Jennifer Theoret. Among the delegations in attendance were representatives from the Grand Isle County Foster Grandparent Program, Alburgh School District, Alburgh Village and Town Offices, Agway, Jeff’s Maine Seafood, Senesac Memorials, Peoples United Bank and the parish community of Saint Amadeus. Urn Bearer was grandson, James Francis. Following the liturgy a reception was held for family and friends at the Saint Amadeus Parish Center hosted by Maurice Gauthier.
