Jessica Marie Cross

Jessica Marie Cross, 19, of Swanton passed away Thursday November 10, 2011, in the Fletcher Allen Health Care Facility surrounded by her loving family.

Born July 6, 1992, to Linda Cross, Jessica graduated from MVU in 2010. She was a loving mother of Aubree, partner to Tyler Ladd, beloved sister of Travis. She is also survived by her Aunt Sharon, cousin Angela, and Uncle David, his wife Kate and their children Reggie, Ricky and Becca along with numerous other cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved grandparents Ed and Barbara Cross of St. Albans.

She enjoyed managing the Swanton Recreation Center snack bar and working there for years. She took time off to be a stay at home mother to her precious daughter. We know that Jessica will be looking down from heaven upon those she loved.

The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 12 Noon from The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 65 Canada St., Swanton. Father Thomas D. Nadeau will be the celebrant and homilist. A reception will immediately follow the Mass at the Nativity Parish Center.

Friends may call at The Kidder Memorial Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers gifts in Jessica's memory may be made to the family to assist with expenses, in care of David Cross, 38 Spring St. Swanton 05488.
